I’ve been struggling to find a mechanic since mine has retired but I think Muffler Man will be my new spot! They are very friendly, fast, upfront and most of all honest!! I will definitely be using them the next time I have any issues with my car.
Today I brought my Nissan to have a starter replacement the old Nissan starter was beginning to fail it would take 2 to 5 turns of Nissan ignition switch to turn on. Service was scheduled for today. I’m hard of hearing the service attendant is aware I’m hard of hearing and texts when service is complete. Service was prompt and clean. My oxygen sensor was replaced at the Fenton Road shop. The woman at the counter sent a mechanic to O'Reilly's a block over, and upcharged $100. When I cashed out, she asked me if she quoted me $320 or $350? I told her the Muffler Man in Holly quoted me $310. She charged me the $350 and added 4% for using my debit card. I left feeling unheard and OVERCHARGED. Total price: $364. Please reimburse my $40.
