first time, i brought my 2017 brand new sienna and had them change my tires to studded tires and i forgot to check the rims, and got home and check my rims and they did a horrible job, scratch and scrap my rims. Do not go there they don't care about your rims or tires, crappy job and crappy employees, never go there ever again

"First come first serve, get here early and get in and out" is a damn lie. I've been sitting here for hours , was first here , 5th in line (because people want to stand outside) and a lady getting her tires changed over also , who came in AFTER me , got in and out before my car was even brought into the bay... never again will I come here to get my tires changed .
Very disappointed. Dropped my car off at 7:00 AM for a tire swap, and left the keys in the overnight drop off. Called a few hours later to check on it and was told it’s at the back of the line. Seems the staff processed all he 8:00 am arrivals first, then opened the drop off box. Tried to rectify, no response from service agent or management. Picked up car at 3:00 with work undone. Sorry folks, you lost my business today.
