I took my car into Muffler city, for a water pump issue. When they installed it, they overtightened the pulley (as explained to me by another mechanic). This resulted in the pulley self destructing. I attempted to contact Muffler City to resolve this issue, and they informed me that I could bring it by, and they would look at it. This wouldn’t work for me, as my car was not drivable, my mechanic had already pulled out the buster parts. I found out I had a flat tire when leaving work at 5 pm (I work in Anchorage and live in the valley). I rushed over and the tech was on his way out. He offered to put my spare on and when I told him I lived in the valley he fixed it! Good price. Good people!
