I took my car into Muffler city, for a water pump issue. When they installed it, they overtightened the pulley (as explained to me by another mechanic). This resulted in the pulley self destructing. I attempted to contact Muffler City to resolve this issue, and they informed me that I could bring it by, and they would look at it. This wouldn’t work for me, as my car was not drivable, my mechanic had already pulled out the buster parts.
