I liked this place at first, they are good with muffler work ONLY. I tried to have them look at my car to see what was wrong with it only to be told that I need to take it other places. The last time I was in contact with them I had wanted them to take a look at my fuel vacuum pump. They didn’t take it apart nor looked at it and quoted me $4,000 dollars (most likely because they did not want to work on it) went to a personal mechanic and they quoted me $3,400 less then what I was going to pay with them. I went to midas for a quote on patching the pipe connecting to my muffler as it was welded before and rebroke. They quoted me $900 and tried to tell me I needed a whole new muffler. I told them I knew it could be patched and they got snippy with me and said they would “see what they could do” only if I brought it in at 8 am the next day and said it would be $200 minimum. Absolutely the worst place you can take your vehicle to. I took my 94 Chevy to these guys for a cat back exhaust system and they completely butchered it. Worst welds I have ever seen ! It had leaks everywhere. On top of that just complete laziness and rudeness when speaking to them. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or to the centerville/ bellbrook location.
