Walt has worked on my son's car three times. The first two repairs involved complicated issues that other repair shops had misdiagnosed. He not only identified the issues but repaired them quickly and for much less than I was expecting to pay. Further, my son has communication challenges. Walt is patient and kind with him. He even offered to take him home from the shop on one occasion when it was especially cold outside. I've come to trust Walt, and I'm very grateful for his expertise and integrity.
