Before our last "encounter" with Muffler Brothers, I would have given them 10 stars. They had always been fair and helped us. The last time we had work done by them was a disaster. Not only didn't the dx the issue properly(ended up costing us $400 for a car we were NEVER able to drive again), the car sustainded a broken window while in thier care. They knew about the window for 2 days but didn't even tell us. We found out when we went to pick the car up. They didn't offer to make it right or even apologize for it.
