RecommendedCalled Muffler Brothers around 830A on Monday 7/6 due to our pipe exhaust snapping in half and being extremely loud. I was told I could drop the car off and they’ll call with an estimate. Not even an hr and a half later they called with an estimate with a GREAT price and within the next 30 mins after accepting the estimate our car was completed and ready for pick up. She sounds beautiful! Keep up the great work; we will definitely be back! 5/5!
RecommendedI went to get an oil change, James and Ryan are the two guys I dealt with. Not only were they professional, they were on time and stood by their service. They had to order a filter which took more time then they had told me so they wouldn’t charge me! Talk about standing by your word. Great guys, great service.
RecommendedBen at Muffler Brothers is the BOMB!! Traveling to Michigan, ran over debris on the highway, and knocked something loose...Googled and found Muffler Bro’s. Drove right in, fixed it it in 2 minutes and wouldn’t let us pay a dime! Wouldn’t even take a tip! Wow! Really nice, honest car guy, there are still great people out there working hard to help others! Thanks Ben! You saved our vacation!

They dignosed and fixed the problem and got me back on the road. I can not thank them enough. Amazing service. I will be back with all of my car needs!

RecommendedTwice in the last 6 months my car has needed some work done (two separate things I assure you), and Muffler Brothers Vandalia went ABOVE and BEYOND to get it taken care of. Both times my car was diagnosed immediately, and I was back in my car and on the road before the end of the work day. They even stayed open a few minutes late so I could get there without rushing!!
