I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the everyday all day $10 hot cheese tomatoe and ham crossiant OR toasted sandwich AND medium coffee. Im probably going to expect to pay more now by telling everyone, but I want you to enjoy it too. Its a great place for seniors but with seating, there can be a small wait but people usually eat the shop. Woolworths is right there too about 15 steps away which is handy and if you park on the roof there's an elevator so 2 minute walk to Muffin Break hooraaaayyy
We ordered coffee and Muffing. It was excellent
Arrive like 4 pm first the first time in my life (I moved to Perth 3 days ago) and discovered a sign that says “all muffins are $3 each” so I decide to destroy my body with 4 of these, it was an amazing experience, best muffin I tried in australia so far! I highly recommend this place, I don’t know if this thing of the $3 is daily but the value you get for that price is just insane, without this offer it would be 7 dollars per muffin as I think is a little bit expensive.
I buy a lemon curd or lemon meringue muffin everyday staff are amazing $3 muffins after 3 😊 Warnboro Store thank you 😊
