Can we give zero? I ordered a hot chocolate and asked if she can do it without sugar or sweet. But got a extremely sweet hot chocolate. When I asked them why this hot chocolate is so sweet as I asked no sugar, their attitudes were so bad and no patience and said you should say you need a weak taste. My bad I don’t have any knowledge about hot chocolate is always not add sugar. BAD SERVICE.

Ordered Soy Latte, wasn’t given a receipt (had to ask if I could have the receipt and she mumbled under her breath that I was a nuisance) nor asked if I had a muffin break card, was then served with a Chai latte, told the lady barista of the mistake and she gave me an eye roll and a glance before stating that i ordered Chai latte. Appalling.
