Took 30 minutes to under cook a toasted cheese sandwich. Asked what was happening staff ingnored me and did not know. Rude and ignorant level of service. Owner was there and had an attitude. Eventually the staff member threw the sandwich at my and told me to go. Very poor level of service go coffee club instead.
Ordinary service. Bit of attitude. Received the wrong muffins. Miss our regular Muffin Break at Fairfield Waters.
Found staff very rude and ubrupt anc instead of charging me $12 for 4 muffins as advertised on their board I was charged $13.40 When questioned I was informed that it was only $12 after 4pm.
Almond milk coffee was good. Young girl at the counter had great customer service. Big breakfast was tiny, food was cold, eggs were hard, toast was chewy, meal was not enjoyable. The restaurant was less then half full at this time so there is no excuse for the such poor quality of the meal.
