2.3 - Waited awhile as the lady behind the counter was on her phone. She had a headset on and kept talking. She wasn't focused on me but I asked for my Cheese and Spinach Roll when she went silent, and stepped aside as she served another. I had no idea what was happening. After awhile, I poked my head around and saw that she put it in a bag and handed it to me, now arguing on the phone. I get that business has to be run but it wasn't an ideal experience. I liked their coffee and muffins. The choc chip Muffins are the best 👌. Staff was friendly too

Muffins aren't bad tasting, but the staff are terrible. They seem to have a different variety to the other muffin break shops, and they don't listen to orders. They have given me cookies instead of Muffins and vice versa. They have served me chilled muffins first things in the morning when they are meant to be baked fresh, and the last time I went, I got food poisoning within the hour (it was the only thing I ate that morning). Go elsewhere.

I got a mixed berry choc chip muffin and a banana muffin They were $2 each for St. Patrick’s day, were yummy but didn’t taste very fresh, maybe because it was later in the day. The staff was friendly
