Should change the name to “ sourpuss muffins”. Rude on the verge of aggressive. The trainee tried her best ! But the lady training her was miserable beyond belief ! Even went back a second time and it was worse . Don’t do it .
Had a sausage roll for lunch, it was warmed in a microwave and tasted like a bit of rubber. I won’t be back.
I usually frequent Muffin break however the staff today were extremely rude and chat backing. When we asked for the receipt we were questioned why, when we asked why one coffee was $8 they very rudely answered as if we didn't have the right to query. We asked for takeaway and got given dine in, when we asked if we could get takeaway cups to tip our drinks in, the woman who served us said she swears we asked for dine in, again she was acting like she didn't want to be at work. Good coffee. Food pre made and heated onsite as always with this kind of food it can be improved. hence 4 stars
