Enjoyed a couple of very yummy muffins with my partner yesterday. Service was great by the young lady at the counter and the muffins were delicious as always.
Never seen so long a line for muffin break with full tables as well. Friendly service and delicious food/drinks.
Today I was sold a stale old muffin leftover from yesterday. It was dry and crumbled to pieces and the icing even cracked. It’s disgusting to do this to customers Ive been coming here for years, I’ll never go back.
Tall blond girl needs to be moved on. Instead of helping her colleague with the queue she decides to leave, stand with her back to the counter and chat with a customer in the dining area. We were finally served by the girl who needed help, and yet the tall blond girl still didn't come back to make coffees. Only after several minutes did she return to make our order.
