UPDATE: things have changed in this store. I now come here regularly and can see that the staff are more aware of proper hygiene. Highly recommend coming here. Enjoying a large cappuccino with a toastie watching the staff work. Great service and food. Sadly a bit disappointed by one young staff member taking customer’s orders while wearing blue gloves. She processes the orders using the register, giving change and then preparing food without changing the gloves. 🤮
Muffin was cold and dry. Coffee was okay, milkshakes were good. A bit disappointed in service as staff didn't smile and seemed disinterested.
Above and beyond, every time I’ve been here. Thanks for making my day even on the worst of days ❤️
