Charged for lacoste free milk when the Muffin Break policy clearly states since 2013 they do not charge for alternative milks. When queried this, they stated they always charge!!
Unsure of when the store opened I walked into Muffin Break Coolalinga 45 minutes early and was served by the lovely Melody this morning. She apologised and said they were closed and what time they opened as I was confused. Busy with baking the delicious muffins and treats, she offered to make me a coffee regardless. Serving it to me with an uplifting smile and wishing me a good day. This act of kindness was enough to make my whole day at 7:00am. Thank you so much for your lovely gesture Melody!
Warm milkshakes with no icecream. Better to get iced coffee and muffins from Coles next door.
