I have been a regular visitor to the Canning Vale store, but the last few months I have found that the biltong does not taste that well anymore. It lacks spices and tastes too meaty. I also found that the service and friendliness is not so good. I would recommend the owner needs to resolve this issues or they will loose more clients. I stopped going to Mufasa Biltong.
The biltong at Canning Vale store is not the same as it used to be. There are not enough spices on the biltong and it tastes terrible. The older lady working there has no customer service skills. She is very rude. Even though we stay very close to the store we are no longer going there and drive further to another South African store.

Have been going here a while but just recently we witnessed the older lady serving (she's not been there very long) be very rude to the guy before us and also refused to sell me a whole piece of biltong I picked from the fridge that I wanted chopped up. Never been told before that the rule is to use the chopped Biltong in cabinet first? I picked the biltong for the fat content and size, was taking the whole piece but got told I couldn't because the rule is to use the pre-cut pieces first.
