There were buildings on the east side of the plaza, I assume like a food court maybe gift places. They are right there for fun festivals or weekends.
Very nice town memorial
This was our first visit to Berne, and the whole town is lovely. This is a beautiful plaza! The clock tower was built in 2010, and the surrounding plaza is gorgeously landscaped. A splash pad adorns the middle of the space, and there's a covered picnic area at the end opposite the clock tower.
