Multiple problems. Would give 0 if I could. They buried my dad in the wrong spot! They blamed it on the grounds guys. Racheal made many mistakes including that one. She was late to our appt, no call, no text. I had to call her!! Her tardiness made me and my family late to my own father's service at a different funeral home. She constantly made errors on my dad's plaque. Twice on 2 different occasions! Which the wait was months in between. Blamed it on the 3rd party makers. I lost my 5 year old daughter tomorrow will be a year and the kindness i received from Muellers is something i will never forget i am so blessed to have them in my time of need so professional and kind when my dog had to be put down a week ago i knew i wanted only them to handel her cremation and once again we received only the best their kindness is hard to find these days we love this company and will only go through them thank you for your kindness and support in both our times of need
in a 9 month period I had my grandmas, my brothers and my moms service there. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, and patient with us! hopefully we dont have to go back anytime soon but if we do..... we well definitely be going to Mullers!!😁😭💔
They were so find and so professional. Very heartfelt. They helped us arrange a double funeral for my parents with two viewing rooms. They arranged for a military service, a burial at the Arlington Oregon VA Cemetery, transportation during horrendous winter weather down there for my parents and so much more. We just could not have done it without them. Eternally grateful.
