I just tried to call this place and ask for a simple quote on a serpentine belt, alternator, and spark plugs. The guy answering told me he was busy at first, I politely asked if I should call back later, he then asked what I needed. He gave me a price off the top of his head, and then I asked if they do replacements if I bring the parts (a common question because some shops do and some don't).
