Started my Divorce and custody case with Peter exactly a year ago, we went through the process of custody and Divorce. I only met with Peter once or twice and saw him in action in court only one time. My wife and i thought it would be a good idea to try and Reconcile. Opened a case against me for an item that WAS ALREADY JUDGED AND ORDERED by the courts. I have shown him the judgment and he still believes that he can take me to court. This is Frivolous Litigation and I will now be forced to counter sue for this. This place does not need to be practicing law.
