Rianna Knoll and Carla Reyes took very good care of the family. The full circle care was extremely helpful. I will definately recommend Mueller to my family and friends.
Our family worked with Katie Evans. She was extremely helpful. She explained what was needed to be done and guided us through the process. She has a very calming personality, which helped us so much. I was especially grateful to her at the cemetery when we buried the urn containing his ashes. She understood how hard that was for me and my family. I talked with her for a little while and she helped me feel a sense of calm. I will forever be grateful to her for that moment.
They didn’t disclosed details to me, the main parent. Even after being asked several questions several times. A meeting was set up a few days after the viewing to sign paperwork but when I walked in to say goodbye to my son I was approached and basically told let’s sign papers now. We recently had an experience with this funeral home with a deceased child. The parents were separated and they knew the situation. They were not supportive in a proper conclusion of what to do after the cremation and took advantage of one of the parents to sign the paperwork without showing them everything and properly going over it.
