Management here sucks. Had a scheduled tour for a while. When I showed up nobody was there to meet us and we were left outside freezing in the rain. I called the phone number on the website and the guy said he didn't even work there lol. Emails and texting is all AI and not a real person. Called the number that was given to me in an email multiple times with no response while standing outside. Was super excited about this place but it seems like it's run by a bunch of idiots. had enough of the tenants here that have their animals defecate/urinate on neighboring properties. the building shares most of the area on the street. yet instead of using this buildings property, individuals will walk their pets to other neighboring yards. And, oftentimes will not pick up after their own responsibility. it's sickening and tiresome having to deal with those.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This company took over a luxury loft complex downtown Cleveland and it has gone to hell ever since. I’ve been locked out of the building on multiple occasions due to the call box not working (still doesn’t work) my boyfriend has also been locked out. I pay for dog walkers that can’t take my dog for a walk because again…. They can’t even be let in. There is no Mat for the front door just the under part that makes the mat not slip. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it! The WORST management I’ve ever encountered. Won’t reply to emails nor answer or return phone calls, even when it’s about cars getting broken into and windows smashed! Currently residents are trapped in the gated parking lot because the lot gate won’t open and the emergency maintenance number says they don’t even service Mueller Lofts!!
