I was seeing Dr. Mueller for autoimmune hepatitis. I had only seen him once and my liver started a flare. Started me on budesonide. After a week I started getting serious side effects. His office would not respond to my calls requesting help. My enzyme levels continue to rise and he would not respond. Finally I went down there in person to try to get some answers and some help and I was told that I was no longer his patient. There’s no excuse for this level of incompetence
Dr Mueller is highly competent, compassionate and efficient. He did a procedure for me with absolute confidence by me, being very informational and addressing any concerns I had. Best of all, he was there before and after my procedure to personally see how I was doing and to explain findings and next steps. I totally trust him as a physician and human being!
Would not go back and would not tell anyone to see Dr. Mueller. No follow thru with getting my paperwork from other Dr.'s. Not happy.
