Employed through them 15yrs now, what I do is dangerous and toxic. This company does not care about their production employees most certainly the ones in port Huron. Its take take take with these guys. With inflation and the cost of living we are struggling to keep the lights on in most cases food on the tables. Company HQ is located in Collierville, TN. The company has a very good culture centered in people. The service from the tech. Support and sales members are great.
I came to Mueller Industries through a recruiter and got catfished... I ended up leaving the company after 5 months of employment due to unrealistic demands and elevated expectations from the CIO. The work environment was toxic with very dysfunctional management, policies and procedures. There was no leadership at this place whatsoever.
