My project was delayed, and I was not informed about the delay until it was too late to properly adjust my schedule or make other arrangements. Better communication and earlier notice would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of timely updates caused unnecessary stress and impacted my project timeline. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the service and communication.

The Tucson Mueller completely messed up an order, and had no solution or ETA in sight. I reached out to Steve Marquez at this location and he got me the order to finish an open project ASAP!!! Talk about going above and beyond, and being transparent. He is a great asset to this company! Thank you again Steve!
My sales rep Israel Delgado is the best. I own a shed building business and he makes it super easy to get my orders in. He's super professional and on top of keeping me updated about my orders. I am very happy with his overall service! Definitely a great asset for this company. I'm very happy with the quality of materials as well. Mueller is definitely my to go place for metal after trying other suppliers. Prices are great and Israel makes the world of a difference. Keep it up!
