Aundre in Sales was very helpful in getting what I needed.
My project was delayed, and I was not informed about the delay until it was too late to properly adjust my schedule or make other arrangements. Better communication and earlier notice would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of timely updates caused unnecessary stress and impacted my project timeline. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the service and communication.

My sales rep Israel Delgado is the best. I own a shed building business and he makes it super easy to get my orders in. He's super professional and on top of keeping me updated about my orders. I am very happy with his overall service! Definitely a great asset for this company. I'm very happy with the quality of materials as well.
