This company is head and shoulders above its competitors. They were very responsive and their prices were 1/3 of what General Steel is charging for the same exact material. It took General Steel four days to get back to me with a quote that Muellers was able to provide within the hour. How could the same material be 300% more? Do yourself a favor shop at Muellers!

My project was delayed, and I was not informed about the delay until it was too late to properly adjust my schedule or make other arrangements. Better communication and earlier notice would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the lack of timely updates caused unnecessary stress and impacted my project timeline. Based on my experience, I was disappointed with the service and communication.

The Tucson Mueller completely messed up an order, and had no solution or ETA in sight. I reached out to Steve Marquez at this location and he got me the order to finish an open project ASAP!!! Talk about going above and beyond, and being transparent. He is a great asset to this company! Thank you again Steve!
