Best customer service ever and high quality furniture
we bought a flexsteel recliner that was delivered January 2019. it is by far the most used piece of furniture in our house! Great quality and service at their LSL store!
We ordered a handmade piece and was told it would be 8 to 10 weeks. At 10 weeks called and was told 12 weeks. It has now been 14 weeks and I have called twice and was told they would check and call back. Still waiting for the call. I explicitly asked if it would take longer than 8 weeks that I wasn’t able to wait. Guess they don’t need repeat customers!
4 months later, still waiting on bed for my daughter. Excuse after excuse. I would of built a bed myself if I knew it would take this long -Last time ever purchasing from Mueller
They say they price match, but wouldn’t match an online competitor on an entertainment wall. I went in so I could see the piece in person and they don’t even display any of the entertainment centers they sell. Can’t get prices or buy on their website either. Poor customer service.
