Shady Company! Order 4 items from Mueller's of which 2 items were special ordered. We purchasing the items I specifically asked how long the special items would take to arrive and I was told 4 to 6 weeks. After calling 3 times to inquire about my order, each call push the time out to 4-8 and then 4-12 weeks. The third and final call they told me oh yes the items are here. No call or nothing! Since 1927 for a Reason Low Prices, sales people helped me design my living room.Ive bought a sofa,some bedroom furniture and some smaller accessories from Mueller Furniture upon moving into the St. Louis area. I can see why they have been around for so long. The store owner Mr.Mueller is right there to answer questions on the spot. Would recommend it to young people who want to put some style and class into their new home.
Mueller Is GRRREATTTTT!!!! I have used Mueller approximately 4 times and cannot say one bad word. Their financing plan is great. (I think it is 12 Months/No Interest) (They also have free delivery within a certain range, too!) They always seem to have what I am looking for and the prices are completely competitive. Mueller's is really stepping their game up I cant believe how much the store has changed since the last time I went there. They had a lot of things that I liked especially this cool couch. They have always had quality furniture, I still have a dining room set from 20+ yrs ago, but I could tell they are really keeping up with whats in style now too. Im glad I can go somewhere and deal with real people instead of idiots who dont know anything about what theyre selling.
minor scratch My fiance recently purchased a leather sofa, chair and ottoman from Mueller. The furniture was definitely reasonably priced. However, the delivery guys scratched the sofa upon delivery. The store manager offered me $100 off of the price of my next furniture. I thought that was really nice, although I HATE the scratch on my sofa. Im still pleased, though. I plan on shopping there again.
Bigger than I thought I drive past Mueller Furniture on occasion and I finally went in, I was surprised to see how much furniture they actually have. They had a lot of different products, much nicer than a lot of the cheaper stores, They actually beat several other stores prices on the same merchandise. I really liked the place probably will purchase soon.
Too Pricey! The products are great, they are simple and pleasant to deal with and offer great delivery. But cost hundreds of dollars more than other places such as ashley furniture, the bedroom store, ect. They offer the same furniture, for a little bit less and still offer delivery. The only thing that holds people to Mueller is the home town name.
We have had our living room furniture for a little over a year and still very pleased with it. We have had several comments on how nice it is. Today we went back and bought another end table. Alex remembered us and visiting with him was like visiting with a family member. We even met the owner. Definitely recommended Mueller to all. Thanks Alex for your help.
After seeing Mueller furniture commercials we decided to check them out . I will keep this very simple ... All sales force were dry and unapproachable. No one greeted us and we were the only customers in the store . Red flags ,if customers are treated this poorly before a sale ... Well ,most informed people will get the point ...Placed a Done Stamp and walked out of store .
