Can't sing their praises enough! It took some time for them to get out here because of their busy schedule but they got the work done in two and a half days at half the cost of other companies that quoted us. We had an underground leak under the sidewalk with multiple pipes to be replaced. They only dug up one area of the yard, left our sidewalk alone and were able to do all their work from that area. They were extremely considerate and communicative throughout the entire process. So happy with their work!

I’ve been in communication with this company for over three years, repeatedly assured that the work would get done. Every time, there’s a new excuse: it’s too cold to dig, I’m the next project, there’s been an emergency, etc., and then—once again—it’s too cold. I now feel foolish for trusting their word. My patience is gone. This father-and-son team has shown a consistent pattern of making promises with no follow-through. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. I can not sing their praises enough. Needed a new sewer line access installed. Everyone else I talked to made it seem like this huge job (cause we had to break into some asphalt) and then Greg came out and was so calm and reasonable and was like "its really not a big deal" and made me feel so much better in a bad situation. We needed a new tap and meter installed, with an ADU additional service line in the front yard. Greg and Steve were amazing! Not only was the work completed timely, but their process to repair the lawn when they were done was flawless, you can't even tell they were there. Hiring this team is hiring three generations of experience and quality workmanship. If you're looking for an excavation company, DO NOT USE ANYONE OTHER THAN THE MUELLERS!
