I had 2 appointments scheduled back to back today for a cleaning/tooth pain for me and a cleaning for my son. I arrived 10 mins late- which was 100% my fault. Believe me, I absolutely acknowledge and understand that I'm to blame for that. And I do understand that they have a need to stay on schedule for the sake of other patients as well.
