the service was excellent and they showed up right on time. even with the weather being a bit rainy in alexandria, that didn't stop them from doing a great job. robert was polite and treated my home with a lot of respect. my air ducts looked spotless after the cleaning, and the air in my house feels much fresher now. the price was fair and fit my budget. couldn't have asked for a better first experience with air duct cleaning. i plan to use them again and recommend them to others.
