Do good work, but getting them to respond is next to impossible. I suspect they don’t want to or have time to do small residential work. I do wish they would acknowledge messages and emails asking for service instead of ignoring them. One time they even came out and looked at my needs, then ghosted me after saying they would send a quote. They did label our service panel incorrectly. All the breaker numbers don’t match the physical layout in the box, so finding the right breaker to turn on and off can be a bit of a Whac-a-Mo... read more
