The funeral home quoted the family member one price to send the remains of their loved one from state to state when the loved one arrived the box was sitting outside of the loved ones door on top of the mailbox there was not a slip for the loved one to be picked up and secured at a post office also it was a $30 difference and some change in what they quoted us for the shipping rate when the funeral home was contacted the explanation given was they changed all race to a flat rate regardless of where the individual remains wer... read more
