This is, without question, the worst law firm I have ever dealt with. Every interaction is exhausting and turns into an argument. Instead of feeling supported during an already stressful bankruptcy process, I felt like I was constantly defending myself. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and had terrible attitudes. I was treated like I was lying or wasting their time rather than someone seeking legal help. I never felt like anyone was advocating for me or looking out for my best interests. A miserable law firm to deal with. The attorney was consistently dismissive and showed little empathy or compassion for clients going through an already stressful situation. Instead of feeling supported, I felt talked down to and treated like I wasn’t being heard. Bankruptcy is difficult enough without having to deal with an attorney who lacks professionalism and basic respect. I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
Zero assistance, just take your money and leave you in the same position you were in before they took it. Zucker is negligent and ignored repeated requests that would have prevented a disabled woman from being further harmed and is now refusing assist in the illegal situation he created . This is just a revolving door firm, doing the bare minimum if anything at all after they have your money.
