Do not BUY FROM HERE!!!! Once they have youre money, you cant cancel! I placed an order at approximately 9:30am PST. At approximately 6pm PST, I tried to call to cancel the order. The company is in Florida so I understand it is past their business hours. I reached out via online chat as it states on the website, and I was told they cannot cancel via online chat. I will start off with the good. Then the bad. Pros: Easily navigable website. clean look. Competitively priced stock. Decent inventory of parts overall. Good sales sometimes. Cons: Customer service, which when I say this, I do consider the many good reviews about their customer service. In my experience it was one of the worst companies I've dealt with. I have waited over 2 months to receive incorrect products that are missing components and are not assembled. Initially, they did not even send the front suspension components and never provided anyupdate .I had to reach out to them after a month for an answer so they could resend the order which they screwed up.
