I feel compelled to write a review. While I have the utmost respect for the doctors, the front-line receptionist unfortunately brings down the overall experience of this practice. When you're unwell or a parent with a sick child, the last thing you expect is to be met with disdain and a dismissive attitude. Sadly, due to this, we will not be returning with our family. The best GP I have found out of several used on the GC in the past 20 plus years. Attentive care from Dr. Freeman and supported well by the nursing and administration team.
Dr James Grigg is a wonderful GP. He is very thorough and caring and provides excellent advice. I have been a patient for ten years and I highly suggest making an appointment with Dr Grigg if are you in need of excellent quality care. Also, Sharon and Bianca at the front desk make you feel very welcomed.
