Dr James Grigg is THE WORST DOCTOR IN AUSTRALIA. Do not go & see this Doctor (a thoroughly undeserving title). Due to him not doing the proper follow up treatment, his lack of duty of care & total ineptitude, a direct family member of mine is now facing extremely invasive, life saving surgery which would have been completely avoidable if this man did his job properly. There is nothing good to say about him or this practice - just don't go there.
I have the utmost confidence in all Doctors. Kind and compassionate. They even saved my husbands life by recommending a non-routine blood test which picked up a stage two cancer that had no symptoms. Thank you for all you do. My babies are now teens and young adults and they still come back to the GC to go to the GP.
I feel compelled to write a review. While I have the utmost respect for the doctors, the front-line receptionist unfortunately brings down the overall experience of this practice. When you're unwell or a parent with a sick child, the last thing you expect is to be met with disdain and a dismissive attitude. Sadly, due to this, we will not be returning with our family.
