Went today for a 12.20pm appointment. The Dr I was seeing walked past me twice, speaking to the team out front while I was waiting. He was not with a patient. 30 minutes pass and I was called to reception asking if I can make a new appointment as the Dr was called into an urgent meeting! Yet in the 30 minutes I waited he very casually walked past me twice and was chatting with staff. Who ever the receptionist is that is working 18/08/25 has a very bad manner and left such a sour taste. Sadly will now look elsewhere moving forward.
Was threatened to remove the review. Staff are unprofessional and the names of the doctors will tell you the rest. Hope this review can help other families make safe decisions.
Was requested by the pharmacist to contact my Dr to adjust a prescription, receptionist sent the Dr (female Dr ) two emails inregards to this. The Dr (female Dr ) decided NOT to do anything about this request, didn't bother to make contact with myself to discuss or anything. Said Dr (female Dr) finished early today and could not take 5mins to call or anything. I will not be returning to this practice and would not recommend the Female Doctor there either.
