We had an iron infusion at the Mudgeeraba Medical Centre and we would like to mention very many positives. Sharon, at reception, is simply a treasure. Don’t never trust them to be your health clinic. Try to get your exams records and they will charge you a full consultation just for that. They literally refuse to give the records. Receptionist is not there to help but just to ask you money somehow.

Went today for a 12.20pm appointment. The Dr I was seeing walked past me twice, speaking to the team out front while I was waiting. He was not with a patient. 30 minutes pass and I was called to reception asking if I can make a new appointment as the Dr was called into an urgent meeting! Yet in the 30 minutes I waited he very casually walked past me twice and was chatting with staff.
