Absolutely appalling experience with Mudgee Toyota and salesperson Alex Sebelic. This was, without question, one of the most frustrating vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Recently we commenced a half lap of Australia from Sydney. Near Lithgow our 79 series had issues and had to be towed to Mudgee. We called Mudgee Toyota who went out of their way to fit us in at short notice. Chris and his service team were brilliant. They diagnosed the problem immediately, ordered parts and started the repair process. After three days we were back on the road again. Extremely happy with the service and the updates Chris and Mudgee Toyota provided. Highly recommend this dealership.
The receptionist with tattoos on her arm provided very poor customer service when I was there for a car service. I felt intimidated when she raised her voice at me. I hadn’t clearly heard what the other staff member had said, and instead of repeating it politely, she shouted it at me. I was genuinely shocked by the way I was treated and felt humiliated by the experience. A simple apology would have been appropriate, but none was offered. We had a problem with our car at Mudgee and it needed repairs. We dropped car off at 8:30 Tuesday morning after the long weekend and waited for the repairs to be completed. They said they were very busy and it might take until tomorrow. We understood about busy. However, the car was finally repaired at 8:30 Thursday morning.
