The receptionist with tattoos on her arm provided very poor customer service when I was there for a car service. I felt intimidated when she raised her voice at me. I hadn’t clearly heard what the other staff member had said, and instead of repeating it politely, she shouted it at me. We had a problem with our car at Mudgee and it needed repairs. We dropped car off at 8:30 Tuesday morning after the long weekend and waited for the repairs to be completed. They said they were very busy and it might take until tomorrow. We understood about busy. However, the car was finally repaired at 8:30 Thursday morning. We checked the update at 3 PM Wednesday and they said our turn hadn't come yet. I had to take the train back to Sydney, a 5.5-hour journey, for work, and my partner had to stay another night.
