Terrible experience at Mudgee Subaru when I went in to inquire about test driving the new WRX. The customer service was extremely rude. They insisted I needed pre-approval for finance, which I didn’t. This demand and their unprofessional attitude left me quite frustrated. Because of this, I’ll be heading to Dubbo Subaru for my test drive instead. For anyone considering Mudgee Subaru, I suggest looking elsewhere!

Just today I had the pleasure of getting a magnificent car from this dealership. I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with the lovely salesperson Michelle (shelly) and on the finance/support side the amazing Reece. My experience was hands down, the best I've had at a dealership.
