Disappointing Service Experience and Poor Policy We recently took our vehicle in for a scheduled service and were extremely disappointed to be denied a loan car—solely because we did not originally purchase the vehicle from this dealership. We called in because of a faulty parking light. The amazingly helpful staff kindly agreed to fix it despite us not having an appointment. They replaced the bulb, but discoverd that there was a problem with the wiring. They spent over an hour working on it but only charged us for the bulb. Fantastic customer service - they should be very proud.
