I waited a month for an appt. last week. When I turned up exactly on time, I saw 3 other people waiting to be seen by the one optometrist on duty. The receptionist was evasive, and tried to tell me it would probably be a 15 minute wait, which was ridiculous given the amount of others ahead of me. When I told her I thought it was more like an hour to wait, she didn't dispute it and assumed I'd just sit there waiting for an hour or so no problem!?
