On holiday to do Mudgee Classic gravel and road cycle rides and forgot my contact lenses. Came here and they did everything they could to sort me out, completely FREE OF CHARGE!! Highly recommend these guys! (Thank you!!)
Booked appointment during my lunch break for an eye scan thinking it should be all done within the hour, as the hour mark approached I mentioned to the staff I needed to get back to work and asked how much longer. I waited a month for an appt. last week. When I turned up exactly on time, I saw 3 other people waiting to be seen by the one optometrist on duty. The receptionist was evasive, and tried to tell me it would probably be a 15 minute wait, which was ridiculous given the amount of others ahead of me. When I told her I thought it was more like an hour to wait, she didn't dispute it and assumed I'd just sit there waiting for an hour or so no problem!?
