Dropped in for a class tonight very friendly staff knowledgeable. The workout schedule tonight was similar to a workout I had yesterday and they easily adjusted it to challenge me but not repeat the same exact workout it was very much appreciated.
Dropped in for a workout and it was great. Facility is small enough to where you can actually get some one-on-one with the coach.
Knowledgable staff and friendly members. All are willing to help and "cheerlead" each other.
