Do anyone know what they are doing here?! Everytime I call to make an appointment for my dog. It’s so much , the person answer the phone , they don’t know anything so they put you on hold . And you hear a lady screaming saying different stuff. Sometimes I can get an appointment sometimes I can’t. Lastly they don’t follow what you asked them to do while your pet is getting groomed. Had my poor boy looking old and he’s an 2 year old morkie! I won’t be back.

Spent 15 minutes on the phone just to not even get an appointment scheduled. Good thing Petco does online scheduling.
