1. Most places include a bath with boarding for longer stays at no extra charge. 2. Also why charge a HIGH convince fee for customers who are spending 500.00 or more. Ridiculous!!!!!! We will NOT be using them again unless it is our only and last resort....LOL.
I left my 2 dogs with them for a little over a week while I traveled. My dogs look well taken care of. 2 things I am annoyed with and therefore will not use them again in the future: there is a convenience fee for credit card use. No one mentioned that at the time of booking over the phone or when my husband dropped the dogs off. I would have stopped at the ATM. Muddy Paws Pet Grooming deserves every bit of this 5 star review! 🐾 From the moment I dropped him off, I felt comfortable knowing he was being cared for by people who genuinely love animals. They don't just groom your pet... they treat them like family..💓 Their prices are very reasonable and the care they put into their work really shows. I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelly! From the moment we met her, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. Our dogs, Storm and Cujo, can be a handful at times, but Kelly treated them with so much patience, kindness, and love. They looked absolutely amazing, relaxed, and comfortable.
