I can't say enough wonderful things about Kelly! From the moment we met her, it was clear how much she genuinely cares about animals. Our dogs, Storm and Cujo, can be a handful at times, but Kelly treated them with so much patience, kindness, and love. They looked absolutely amazing, relaxed, and comfortable. We loved coming this place all the time for all our dogs. I don't know if management changed within the last year, but service has not been great when it comes to customer service. Our most recent trip was double what we normally paid, even based off their own pricing. When I called to question the charges, the manager became rude, then eventually loud. I was also trying to figure out why they no longer had records of our recent visits. When she started yelling, I had to hang up. We had heard things about instances like this... read more
Earlier around 2pm est we arrived here,I wasn't to thrilled by one of the employees working there and I was just a passenger as I was inside the building I watched them tugging on leashes very aggressive and not very happy mood "I wasn't supposed to be here " I understand that maybe they had a bad day but I thought it's supposed to be a friendly family environment for all members I think there name was Riley
