Spent 15 minutes on the phone just to not even get an appointment scheduled. Good thing Petco does online scheduling.

I had a really disappointing experience with this dog service. I dropped my dog off this morning at the scheduled time, but they never got around to attending to him. I was informed that my dog was left in the kennel, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. There was a lack of communication and no accountability. I trusted them to care for my pet, and they failed to deliver. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Brought our Newfiedoodle and received the BEST care for our boy. Did such a great job making him look beautiful. They definitely provide outstanding grooming and attention to detail, spending extra time teaching us how to better care for him in between visits. Don’t hesitate! You will love Muddy Paws!!

I love it here! The staff is very friendly, nice and clean and my dog groomer Wilson, is the absolute best!!!! He does exactly what I ask and always have my Ziggy looking oh so cute!!! I won’t go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for over a year now, well, my chiweenie has lol. He is a small dog and tends to be scared around strangers. The groomers here have always done a great job with his nail trimmings. They take their time and he has never come out shaking from fear. I have always walked in as no appointment is needed for just nails. Usually there maybe 15 minutes at most. I highly recommend for nail trimmings!
