Muddy Fork Bakery is a small family operation near Bloomington, Indiana. Just about all their breads are natural sourdough and baked in a woodburing oven. Their products are sodium at a farmers market and a few local stores. They produce several types of bread, all excellent. MF produces one of the best breads in the Midwest!

I worked at an organic bakery in Olympia and missed good quality bread so I got some of theirs at the farmers market. The Danish rye is wonderful!

Ok Wow! This Morning I had a chocolate croissant at the Bloomington Farm Stop Collective and it was just Outstanding. The flakiness and chocolate chunks made this superior to any other one I have tasted in the states.
