The service was great I got flowers for Valentine’s Day and the kind woman behind the counter helped me go through flowers for several minutes it made my day!
When I called in an order for delivery and stated that I wanted to spend between $60-70. Then my account was drafted for $93!!! Called to have the mistake corrected and was told that they charge $15 for delivery on top of what you request to spend. Owner could have cared less that is not what I had agreed to. Very rude! Will not be going back to order from here again. Definitely not a $93 flower arrangement!
Highly recommend Muddy Creek Flowers. I have used them three times so far and will continue to using them for special occasions. They are dependable and they get the job done fast. Their arrangements are unique every time and they take pride in the job they do! The bouquets are reasonably priced and all three times they were able to deliver them the same day I ordered them. Thank you Muddy Creek Flowers for always coming through when I’m trying to make my girlfriend’s day!
