I was involved in a hit and run car assault in August of 2021. I was in the driver's seat of my car and a white sedan hit my car twice. My sciatic nerve was severely damaged in the extension that runs into the right leg. I was limping the day after the assault. In person assistance no problem. I have been on hold for 1 hr and 45 minutes and still have not reached a person to speak with in person from Dr. Asghar's office. Is this routine and customary customer service? I am dismayed by the lack of personnel to respond to patient inquiries. Horrible customer service!!!!
