Update: Called 3/12/25 for updated paperwork since they didn’t get back to me from February 26th 2025. Was told “there’s no one to help you today call tomorrow” my car battery is dead again. This place sells duds
I used to sell cars and I learned a lot about the business and people in a very short time. Alfredo and Atticus are exceptions to the typical experience and sales process. There is no way I can say enough about how they took care of me. Unfortunately, I was not able to purchase the car I wanted, but not because of Mudarri. Absolutely exceptional dealership to work with. Alfredo Castro was awesome! From the initial contact all the way through the process. He answered all questions honestly! No pressure at all. It is a difficult decision always to buy a vehicle. But having someone like Alfredo who has a lot of integrity and knowledge made our experience perfect. There were no hidden costs.
