I had a previous review that I'm revising, because as nice as the staff are here, I am unhappy about their lack of help with a problem with a vehicle we bought from them. It was new to inventory, but they did not fully inspect the car. They shipped us the part needed because it takes us 5 hours to drive there with our infant. These guys sell crap vehicles. Body a jeep wrangler about a year ago and seemed to be running smooth. This was after having to have them fix a timing belt issue that they should have had taken care of before then. The car fax appeared to be clean but have been told by a recent mechanic visit that it looked to have been replaced within the last couple of years and that an obvious bolt to my exhaust was missing. I called the dealer today (1-18-26). I made an OTD offer on a used 2012 Jetta TDI (VIN: 3VWPL7AJ7CM708475). The dealer said they are in the business of selling cars but made no effort to negotiate. Do NOT buy from this dealer. Edit: In response to the dealer, I entered the VIN (3VWPL7AJ7CM708475) on KBB and Edmunds. In the most perfect condition, the car is valued at $3400. Went to the dealership over the weekend to view a denali that they had on their lot. The denali had 229000 miles, many red flags. There was a large pop in the front end. When you took off, which could mean several things from I'm about motor mounts. Tie rod ends ball, joints, torsion, bars and so forth. The front rotors were grooved and pinted needed brakes. Glenn gave me great value on my trade in. Charlie was easy to work with and found me a great rate on financing. Low pressure, great communication, smooth and easy experience.
