First come first serve basis which I get when cars are being sold but Glen could have communicated with me better on a deal that was happening. He mentioned since I was the first one to call and be interested they would work with me and even after submitting my application I didn't get a call back and I called them only to be told they will call me back again. Bought my ‘21 Trailblazer with Mark and love the car! Took it in for inspection before purchase and it was in great condition just as posted. We are very pleased with the car and the experience we had.
Were not honest about the condition of the vehicle. Screen and backup camera stopped functioning within 48 hours of purchase. Vehicle was in an accident and poorly covered up. Would not recommend at all.
