Purchased a car for my parents, I told them that I didn't want want extras or add on; after the paperwork was printed out and I started signing it I realized they added gap insurance and a anti theft protection... I had already spent the whole weekend looking for a car for my parents and it was past their closing time so I just signed it anyways so I could go home. The matter is currently under review, and I am exploring my legal options depending on the outcome. If others have had similar experiences, you may want to consider contacting the DOL as well.”

I bought a car through Mike from this dealership in September 2025. By October the car was spontaneously shutting down. By November, I was unable to drive it entirely and the car broke down on the side of the road. I hadn’t even gotten the license plates yet. This car was only good to use for one car payment. The mechanic at Midas just told me that the engine block is bent and will cost thousands in repairs. The car is a total loss on my end. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
