They never answered the phone call. Super difficult to get in touch with them and get any post purchase service.
Purchased a car for my parents, I told them that I didn't want want extras or add on; after the paperwork was printed out and I started signing it I realized they added gap insurance and a anti theft protection... I had already spent the whole weekend looking for a car for my parents and it was past their closing time so I just signed it anyways so I could go home. “I have filed a complaint with the Washington State Department of Licensing regarding my vehicle purchase naming this dealership and its partner dealership using the same legal address and addressed concerns about how the transaction was handled. The matter is currently under review, and I am exploring my legal options depending on the outcome. If others have had similar experiences, you may want to consider contacting the DOL as well.”
