Everytime I go there something is broke. Go to use the foam brush, nothing comes out. Go to use soap, nothing comes out. There’s times it takes almost 2 full minutes to switch chemicals. The maintenance on them is trash. Used to be the better ones in Dexter, now it’s best to just drive 30 minutes to one that actually works all the way around. I’ve had issues with this location for years.

I paid for a car wash on August 31 and a car wash wouldn’t start. I was charged for it and have made three phone calls and left voicemails on two of them. Haven’t received a refund or a callback. Made a phone call August 31, September 9th and, September 10th.

Soap didn't work two separate time. On the third trip, the sprayer wouldn't work at all. Do not use this car wash, you'll waste money every time. Card readers rarely work also.

I like to drive through and get a touchless wash and it only works well when there is soap coming out. The last several times I've been in there it was not good. It should be checked every day to make sure there is plenty of soap to do a good job.
