Very clean spacious room and amenities. Beds are comfortable. A lot of room in the double deluxe room for wheelchair access- bathroom door might make bariatric shower chairs unable to manoeuvre but standard WC no issues. We have had a toddler in the room and the clutter free space has been just what we’ve needed to relax between travelling. The communication is outstanding. Perfect for an overnight. Close to food, fuel and car wash.
We missed our booking due to very late communication from the Mud hut hotel about our late eta. We booked around 4:45 pm for the same night and indicated our late arrival time right away. According to their information, their reception closed at 5 pm. A good four hours later, we received a confirmation on our late arrival time with after-hours check-in details. We stayed at the Mud Hut Motel with our dog and it is the best accommodation in Coober Pedy. Rooms are great and staff are very helpful
