Try to get through by phone, I dare you. After waiting on hold for over an hour, they automatically hung up on me because the clock said 11am. My pharmacy faxed an urgent request and got no reply. My Dad's doctor was supposed to have written prescriptions to cover him for the period that I am out of country, but that never happened. He is 93 and I am the only way to get him to the clinic, but that is impossible while I am away. Sorry but this is a repeat occurrence, and I am getting more frustrated each time. I love my doc here at Mud Creek BUT the phone lines are only open during weird times. Very abnormal. What if u really need to contact the clinic? The phone line open times are really screwed up and are NOT designed to help patients at all!!!! They are cleary made the way they are for other reasons that are NOT at all for helping patients receive good health care at all. Im sorry but its the truth.
