Doctor Segato is a Great Doctor!! Always takes the time to listen to my concerns, very open minded and non judgmental and he has a fantastic sense of humour!
Try to get through by phone, I dare you. After waiting on hold for over an hour, they automatically hung up on me because the clock said 11am. My pharmacy faxed an urgent request and got no reply. My Dad's doctor was supposed to have written prescriptions to cover him for the period that I am out of country, but that never happened. He is 93 and I am the only way to get him to the clinic, but that is impossible while I am away. Sorry but this is a repeat occurrence, and I am getting more frustrated each time.
