Great little stroe outside mesa verde
We stopped by Hogan to check it out again. We hadn't been there for about 5 years and we heard it was under new ownership (in the last 3 years). MUCH improved! Prices are reasonable, the merchandise is authentic and the staff is very knowledgeable. The store is well organized and clean. Easy to get to and plenty of parking. My wife purchased an antique silver and Turquoise bracelet. She LOVES it and wore it for 3 days straight. We'll swing by Hogan everytime we come through this area.
Now this place has some really amazing items from local artisans! I really want to go back and get some handmade moccasins. There's something really special about being able to see the person who crafted the art and hear their story.
Stopped on our way to Mesa Verde and so glad we did. The owner was very sweet and helpful and they have very fair prices unlike most other trading posts. Definitely worth the stop!
